I saw this picture by another artist on the internet and it really intrigued me. Not only because of how well it was drawn and the intricacy in the piece but because of the deeper meanings that can be found behind the drawing by remembering the title, "Luck is an Illusion," while studying the piece. I chose to recreate this piece because, even through the picture's simplicity, it is very vast with what it portrays. This is my second drawing and, taking three days to create it, I am very happy with how it turned out!

Starting Up Again
Hello everyone!
While studying Mechanical Engineering in my past year, and almost a half, of college I've honed in on what really interests me, therefore changing my path and starting to draw again. It feels good to just sit down and let my mind go in the pictures that I'm drawing. I started this week after watching the movie "500 Days of Summer." In the movie he talks about wanting to make a way for people to open their eyes and see just how truly beautiful the city's architecture around them, is. His drawings in the movie inspired me to start my first picture and from there the few buildings grew into a whole scene. Enjoy!
